We’re looking for someone who can own the entire HR operations engine — from payroll and compliance to employee lifecycle and systems — and ensure everything runs clean, fast, and error-free.

What you’ll own You will manage everything post onboarding to exit, including:
Payroll & Benefits
• Run end-to-end payroll for 200+ employees
• Ensure accuracy, timelines, and confidentiality
• Handle incentives, commissions, reimbursements, and statutory deductions
• Work with vendors (if applicable) and manage audits/reconciliations
Compliance & Labour Laws
• Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
• Manage filings, audits, and inspections
• Maintain compliance calendars and documentation
Employee Lifecycle Operations
• Manage confirmations, attendance, leave, transfers, and promotions
• Own exit processes including full & final settlements
• Issue employee documentation (letters, records, etc.)
• Ensure smooth, responsive employee support
HR Systems & Data
• Own HRMS and ensure data accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards (attrition, attendance, cost, etc.)
• Enable data-driven decision making
Audit & Risk Management
• Support internal and statutory audits
• Maintain clean and compliant documentation.
• Ensure processes are audit-ready at all times
Industrial Relations (if applicable)
• Handle employee concerns and workplace issues
• Support resolution of disputes and disciplinary processes
• Work with contractors and shop-floor teams

What we’re looking for
• 8+ years experience in HR Operations / Payroll / Compliance
• Experience managing mid-sized employee bases (150–500 employees)
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws
• High attention to detail and process orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership
