Job description:
· Acquisition of Existing & potential new customers.
· Identify and acquire new HNI and affluent retail clients through various lead sources and networks.
· Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and onboard clients to appropriate wealth management products
· Handhold & work closely with the stakeholders to ensure scale-up, retention & transactions while ensuring the addition of new clients through various initiatives.
· Enable business, Product & Senior Management team with Key market & competition insights.
· Develop and implement the sales strategy in line with the company's objectives & work towards meeting them.
· Keep abreast of financial market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
· Analyze sales metrics to determine business growth potential by cities and addition of Hub & spokes.
· To organize events and activities for generating new leads of Eco-system Partners & IFA acquisition
Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual clients.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular portfolio reviews and proactive financial advice.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for investment products (mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, etc.).
· Upsell and cross-sell wealth products based on client profiles and needs.
Required Skills:

· Certification in NISM VA or other relevant modules (as per local regulations).
· Certification for Insurance (IRDAI)
