Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Operations role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and employee-focused delivery of core HR processes. This position supports the full employee lifecycle, maintains HR systems and records, and acts as a key point of contact for HR-related queries while continuously improving HR operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are up to date
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and validate payroll data with finance or external vendors
  • Administer employee benefits programs and resolve related issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and statutory reporting as required

HR Systems & Data

  • Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, time & attendance)
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
  • Support automation and standardization of HR operations
  • Develop SOPs and workflow documentation

Employee Support

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
  • Support performance management, engagement, and HR initiatives
  • Assist with employee relations matters in coordination with HR leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
