Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive a positive workplace culture. The role will focus on people management, employee relations, and strategic HR support aligned with business goals. (This role does not include Talent Acquisition or Payroll responsibilities.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reduce attrition through proactive interventions and retention strategies
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and culture
  • Handle employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and timely resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and business leaders on people-related matters
  • Support performance management, feedback mechanisms, and employee lifecycle initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance standards
  • Promote a healthy work environment and act as an employee advocate

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in attrition management and employee relations
  • Proven expertise in employee engagement programs
  • Hands-on experience in grievance handling and conflict resolution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and partner with leadership teams

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Note: This role is focused on core HRBP responsibilities only. Talent Acquisition and Payroll are not part of this position.
