Job Description

Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Manage seating arrangements and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
  • Coordinate IT support, security protocols, and housekeeping.

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Handle procurement of supplies, equipment, and services as per company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, service partners, and consultants.

Administrative Support to Leadership

  • Provide administrative support to Partners, Investment Team, and senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel planning, and logistics for internal and external events.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain administrative records, agreements, vendor documents, and audit-ready files.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Compliance teams with necessary administrative documentation.

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize investor meetings, board meetings, offsites, and team events.
  • Manage logistics for pitches, due diligence visits, and portfolio company engagements.

People & Office Culture

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners from an administrative perspective.
  • Maintain a positive and professional office environment aligned with firm culture.
